What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on our matcha powders. Once opened, the tea oxidisation process will begin.
Do you accept refunds?
If you are unhappy with your product or if it arrives to you damaged please contact us using the Contact Form on our website or email us directly at support@xundays.com.au and we will respond to your query in 24-48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to announce that shipping is now available to Canada & U.S.
Shipping to these regions is $24 AUD standard and $36 AUD express.

How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders within Australia.

Where do you import your matcha powders?
We are proud to deliver high quality matcha powders from Kagoshima and Kyoto (Uji) in Japan. We work alongside local tea masters and farms to create unique tea blends for your home. All of our products undergo a vigorous quality assurance process- ensuring that we provide excellent tea for you to enjoy.
