Note: Compared to Uji Matcha, you may notice a slightly yellow hue, Yame's climate and region often produces this natural colour, however it is smooth and still very enjoyable to drink!

This matcha hails from the Yame region, known to produce delicate tasting matcha. It is much more mild and balanced than matcha from other regions.
How To Use
Brew 3g powder with 30ml of 70° water and whisk till frothy, followed by 60ml of milk and sweetener of choice.
