This matcha hails from the Yame region, known to produce delicate tasting matcha with a slightly yellow hue due to the ample amount of sun and mountainous ranges!
This matcha is a nutty forward (chestnut notes) with a silky body, vibrant with a floral lift and has a smooth slightly sweet finish.

How to brew
Brew 3g powder with 30ml of 70°water and whisk till frothy, followed by 60ml of milk and sweetener of choice.
Storage
To keep your Matcha as fresh as possible, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposure to light, heat, and moisture.
