This matcha hails from the Yame region, known to produce delicate tasting matcha with a slightly yellow hue due to the ample amount of sun and mountainous ranges! Matcha from this region is often smoothy, nutty & unique.

Brew 3g powder with 30ml of 70°water and whisk till frothy, followed by 60ml of milk and sweetener of choice.
