A gentle umami forward matcha, nutty mid notes and a punchy matcha
This is a blend of first and second harvests leaves to create an approachable matcha with plenty of character and has more pronounced astringency than our smoother, more premium matchas, with a lively green flavour that holds up beautifully in milk, lattes and everyday matcha drinks.
Preferred to be brewed at lower temperatures (65 degC), and holds up well for those who prefer more volume for their lattes (2g of matcha, 90 - 100ml of your milk of choice).

How to brew
Brew 3g powder with 30ml of 70°water and whisk till frothy, followed by 60ml of milk and sweetener of choice.
Storage
To keep your Matcha as fresh as possible, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposure to light, heat, and moisture.
